The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £10M industrial new build scheme in Swindon, scheduled to start in February 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, programme, and quality targets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate subcontractors, manage client expectations, and ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
