Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management with over 12 years of experience.
• CSCS, SMSTS certifications required.
• Familiarity with producing RAMS and cost plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Manage client expectations and provide progress reports.
• Produce project programmes and maintain site diaries.

My client is an industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing a Groundworks and RC Frame project near Slough.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Producing RAMS
• Producing cost plans
• Quality Assurance.
• Producing programmes
• Managing the client
• Providing progress reports
• Managing / ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Qualifications

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
• Experience in groundworks & RC frame
• Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.
• 12+ years project management experience
