What You’ll Lead & Influence
  • Own the Delivery of High-Impact Projects

You’ll take charge of internal and client-facing initiatives from initial planning through to launch. You’ll develop structured project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, surface risks early, and keep delivery on track—ensuring both the organisation and the client have full confidence in the outcomes.

  • Enable Agile, High-Performing Teams

Your leadership will help technical teams work smarter. You’ll champion Agile practices, facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and planning sessions, and help teams uncover blockers, refine workflows, and continually improve how they deliver.

  • Build Strong, Trust-Driven Client Relationships

You’ll be the face of delivery for clients—leading workshops, translating needs into actionable plans, and ensuring every engagement is transparent, aligned, and focused on measurable value.

  • Manage Risks, Issues & Change With Confidence

Your structured approach will keep delivery safe and predictable. You’ll manage scope, elevate challenges early, and provide leadership with the insights they need—through reporting, summaries, and delivery updates.

  • Support Cutting-Edge Data & Technology Solutions

You’ll work closely with engineers, data teams, and external partners to deliver sophisticated, data-led products and solutions. From defining requirements to supporting configuration and rollout, your role ensures everything lands smoothly.

  • Coordinate Across External Partners

Vendors, suppliers, integration partners—you’ll bring alignment across all external dependencies, tracking responsibilities, testing cycles, and timelines to keep everything moving.

  • Drive Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

You’ll use meaningful KPIs and delivery metrics to track progress and share insights. You’ll run reviews and retrospectives to ensure each project informs smarter delivery in the next.

How You’ll Work

You’ll be deeply embedded with Engineering and Product while maintaining visibility across the wider business.
