Job Description
We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver business‑related projects and change on time and effectively in support جل‑Bell’s strategic objectives. The role involves managing projects and changes through the entire delivery life cycle, from inception to go‑live and post‑implementation, with an emphasis on financial regulation.
What patroltle does the job involve?
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects and changes, often centred on financial regulation or operational processes and systems
- Deliver complex business‑led change across multiple sites and functions, blending internal Agile development with third‑party supplier development and process‑driven change
- Establish and maintain effective, trusted relationships with internal business and IT stakeholders and external suppliers
- Coordinate and drive collaboration of project and change resources to achieve optimal outcomes
- Produce and agree on project scope, optimise delivery plans, and lead and manage teams
- Report regularly on delivery status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive recherchez.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assess consumer outcome risks szak.
- Monitor resource forecasts, budgets and manage change to the terms of reference through appropriate change control
- Mentor junior project managers and new team members
About you
- Ability to quickly understand technical and business topics

- Experience delivering in a financially regulated rhetorical environment
- Pragmatic approach to project & change delivery
- PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification or equivalent e.g., PMP
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, SAFe
- Desirable experience with Jira and Confluence
- Desirable knowledge of financial services industry (pensions, investments, stockbroking)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and manage effective relations across team
