What you'll be doing

• Lead the successful delivery of complex water infrastructure projects.
• Manage safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance across civils & MEICA.
• Oversee design, procurement, and on-site delivery phases.
• Build strong relationships with Thames Water and other key stakeholders.
• Create a positive, high-performing site culture.
• Champion innovative construction methods and offsite-first solutions.

What we\'re looking for

• Experienced Project Manager with water/civils/MEICA background.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
• SMSTS and CSCS essential; HNC/Degree in construction/engineering desirable.
• Commercially aware, organised, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
