Job description

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage key business transformation projects that deliver optimal business outcomes aligned with ACH Group’s vision and strategic objectives. Working within the Business Transformation team, you will drive both business and technology change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and embedding outcomes into operations.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead project teams to deliver business and technology change projects successfully.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and strategic goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
  • Ensure systems and processes align with quality and risk standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities across projects and operations.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, following ACH Group’s Project Management Framework.
  • Support business process improvements to embed project outcomes and realize benefits.
  • Partner with the business to build a pipeline of change and service improvement projects.
About you:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering technology projects.
  • Experience in systems and process transformation.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • A current Police Check for Aged Care (less than 12 months old at commencement).
