A prominent engineering service provider in the UK seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value projects in rotating machinery and electrical engineering sectors. Candidates will manage projects from £5M to £20M across critical industries like hydropower and nuclear. Leading the full project lifecycle from initial client engagement through to successful delivery and close-out
Preparing accurate project estimates, quotations, and managing cost forecasts
Defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
Coordinating multi-disciplinary internal teams and liaising with key external stakeholders
Managing project risks, quality assurance processes, and formal reporting
Ensuring timely delivery of technically complex engineering projects in the £5M-£20M range
Proven track record managing complex engineering projects
Financial acumen and strong planning skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and MS Project
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
Experience in hydropower, large power plants, or nuclear projects
