Our client is a highly regarded main contractor specialising in high-end residential construction. With projects ranging from £2 million to £4.5 million, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of bespoke residential schemes from pre-construction through to final handover.

The Project Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving project performance across multiple stakeholders, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. This position requires a proactive, detail-driven individual who can manage complex construction programmes while maintaining exceptional client service and craftsmanship on-site.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing high-end residential projects, ideally with a main contractor.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering projects independently from groundworks through to completion.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, building regulations, and site safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and in-house teams.
