A respected construction consultancy is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their expanding team in Greater Manchester. The Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles from feasibility to completion, managing diverse commercial and education projects. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of consultancy experience and a relevant degree. This role offers a salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 along with 26 days annual leave and professional development opportunities.

The Project Manager will work across commercial and education schemes, managing project lifecycles from feasibility to completion. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to work on diverse regional projects while developing professionally.

With strong client demand across Greater Manchester, the consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running and build long-term client relationships.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end project services including procurement, planning, contract admin and stakeholder liaison. You'll oversee project delivery against programme and cost plans.

Required experience and qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
  • BSc in Construction, Project Management or similar
  • Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS/MAPM)
  • Good knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
  • Experience in education or public sector is beneficial
