The Project Manager will work across commercial and education schemes, managing project lifecycles from feasibility to completion. With strong client demand across Greater Manchester, the consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running and build long-term client relationships.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end project services including procurement, planning, contract admin and stakeholder liaison. You'll oversee project delivery against programme and cost plans.

Required experience and qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
• BSc in Construction, Project Management or similar
• Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS/MAPM)
• Good knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
• Experience in education or public sector is beneficial
