Position

The Project Manager at LCCA plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of the Executives strategic priorities across the organisation. Working closely with the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and the Executive Dean, this role ensures that key initiatives are effectively planned, coordinated, and delivered. The Project Manager acts as a central point of collaboration, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to translate the LCCA's vision into measurable outcomes.

You will have a distinct skill set; a 'can-do' attitude - and should demonstrate the consistent ability to put the core elements of our vision into practice, both in the strategic implementation of projects and in managing the workstreams, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Team to operationalise LCCA's strategic objectives across various workstreams
  • Responsible for managing x3 Executive Assistants, aligned to the various schools & functions
  • Manage high-impact projects spanning multiple business units, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among senior executives and cross-functional teams across the group.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and frameworks to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by preparing executive briefings, progress reports, and recommendations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across projects, ensuring proactive problem-solving and course correction.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, fostering collaboration and transparency across departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management practices within the Executive Office to enhance efficiency and impact
  • Responsible for collating SMT board pack documentation and putting these meaningful presentations
  • Diary Management for the Executive Officer
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or strategy execution within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, i.e. advanced excel skills
  • Ability to take minutes of meetings and following up on tasks with stakeholders
  • Provide Technical support, i.e. report writing, formatting, reporting aesthetics
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Experience working in a corporate, consulting, or executive office environment is highly desirable.
