Job summary

A prominent housing association in Greater London is seeking a Project Manager to oversee regeneration projects, managing from acquisition to completion. £49,750 to £55,391 per annum depending on experience, plus enhanced allowance

Reporting Office:

Stratford, London (Must be flexible to travel to developments)

Agile Worker : 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office / working location (hybrid working)

We are looking for a commercially focused, innovative thinker to join L&Q and help us to deliver new homes on multi-phase regeneration projects in London.

Your role will be to project manage L&Q's interests on housing development regeneration schemes working "cradle to grave" from acquisition through to achievement of practical completion. Additionally, this role will also require ad hoc out of office hours attending resident consultation meetings, circa 4 a year.

The ideal candidate will have Housing Association or Housebuilder development experience.

You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve excellence in :
  • Communicating with a mix of audiences in writing and face-to-face
  • Able to demonstrate strong project management skills gained in a similar environment
  • Financial modelling and business planning skills including the ability to respond to unplanned demands or situations is necessary
  • Negotiating beneficial and robust legal agreements with business partners and clients

You will need to work effectively with internal staff from across L&Q as well as customers and colleagues from other organisations. Your ability to work collaboratively will be critical to success.
