A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager for marine civil engineering projects across Scotland. The role involves leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring high safety standards, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have proven experience in marine or coastal civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in remote locations. Opportunities for professional growth in diverse and challenging environments are offered.
Location: Across Scotland – as is the nature of developments within the marine sector, you'll be required to work 'away from home' in order to lead/manage these projects.
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marine civil engineering?
We are seeking a capable and hands‑on professional to lead the successful delivery of complex marine projects across Scotland’s coastline and island communities (including piers, jetties, slipways, harbours, and sea defences).
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from tendering and planning through to execution, completion and handover. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
If you’re an experienced marine project leader looking to take on exciting work in some of Scotland’s most remote and remarkable settings, we’d love to hear from you.
