Overview

Project Manager - HVAC Specialist. A leading provider of bespoke HVAC solutions is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee HVAC installation and refurbishment projects across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with engineering or site experience who thrives on coordination, leadership, and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities
  • Lead HVAC projects from planning through to completion
  • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for efficient delivery
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Conduct risk assessments and produce method statements
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards
  • Monitor project revenue and report to senior leadership
  • Promote safety and compliance across all sites
  • Manage site engineers, resource allocation, and holiday planning
Essential Criteria
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4-5 or above)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in project engineering/management
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and business KPIs
Desirable Criteria
  • HNC/HND in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
  • SMSTS/SSSTS and IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • HVAC systems and controls experience
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and CDM regulations
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Understanding of procurement and cost control
