Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to deliver projects that have a real impact on the UK rail industry?

A leading organisation within the rail sector is expanding its Rail & Technology Programme Management team and is seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a technical background to lead the delivery of a wide and varied portfolio of business‑critical projects,

This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a major rail organisation delivering projects across technology, infrastructure, and new product development.

Projects are diverse and challenging, ranging from technically complex development programmes to operational and contract‑driven initiatives. You will be working across multiple sites within a matrix organisation, collaborating with specialist technical and operational teams in a highly regulated, safety‑critical environment.

This is a role where your leadership will directly influence operational performance and future capability.

  • Hybrid working: 3 days on site / 2 days from home

  • Highly organised, initiative‑taking, and confident working in a matrix environment
