Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
  • Monitor the timely processing of projects through design, procurement and installation in line with customer programme and product lead times
  • Managing costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
  • Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
  • Reporting to the Projects Director, ensuring information is accurate.
  • Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable:
  • Project Management experience
  • Previous Project Management experience within Construction, Building Materials or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
  • Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
  • Outgoing and customer driven nature
