Project Manager - Domestic & Commercial Refurbishments

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 04:30pm

Contract: Temp-to-Perm

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and organised Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee refurbishment projects across domestic and commercial sites
  • Coordinate and manage tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project
