At Foodbuy, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Integration & Change team, supporting exciting growth and integration initiatives that shape the future of our business.

Foodbuy is the procurement arm of Compass Group UK & Ireland, managing over £2bn in annual spend across food and non-food categories - with ambitious plans to grow by another £1bn in the coming years. What You’ll Do

As Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end project workstreams across Foodbuy’s transformation and integration programmes. You’ll:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Produce clear and actionable reporting on deliverables, milestones, and progress.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation using tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, and Microsoft Office.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing concerns and engaging them in key decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and governance.

About You

We’re looking for a confident, organised project professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in leading transformation or integration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Trello).
• A structured approach to planning, prioritisation, and decision-making under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, CAPM) or commitment to ongoing professional development.
