Overview

We\'re moving from Khaos to Microsoft Dynamics and need an experienced Project Manager to oversee the transition. You\'ll liaise between our internal teams, external stakeholders, and Microsoft Dynamics to keep the project on track, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, and deliverables for the system migration.
  • Act as the key liaison between the business, Microsoft Dynamics, and any third-party providers.
  • Coordinate and chair project meetings, ensuring actions are logged and completed.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, providing solutions and escalation where needed.
  • Ensure system configuration and customisation align with business requirements.
  • Support testing, training, and user adoption across teams.
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership.
  • This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP / CRM implementations (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to balance detail with big-picture delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving SME or similar environment.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification (preferred but not essential).
