This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Corporate Change Department. Come and be part of a fantastic team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Practitioners dedicated to delivering change and transformation that enables West Midlands Police to provide an outstanding service to the communities we serve.
Project Managers play a vital role in driving positive and sustainable change across West Midlands Police. The role holder will be responsible for the day to day running and delivery of organisational change projects. This will involve the planning, execution, and delivery of organisational change initiatives, ensuring that they align with the strategic goals of the organisation and bring about the desired business benefits.
The role will involve the coordination of cross-functional and departmental teams as well as the management of project risks, issues, timelines, and budgets. A key part of this will be the need to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process
Appointment to this role may be dependent upon successfully completing medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
