Are you an experienced Project Manager with a keen eye for detail and a background in quantity surveying? Our client is seeking a driven, confident professional to join their close-knit team in Billericay, Essex, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee diverse construction projects within the hotel industry, managing every aspect from initial scope and cost planning to tendering and project delivery. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, sourcing quotes, analysing project expenditure, and ensuring all work stays within budget and programme targets. You will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors, maintaining precise financial records and conducting regular cost reports for stakeholders. The role provides an excellent platform to utilise your organisational skills, technical knowledge, and industry expertise, with full training and development opportunities to support your progression towards a senior position within the business.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction or related industries
  • Background in quantity surveying or cost control
