Job summary

A respected specialist contractor in the Built Environment sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role involves managing high-profile envelope projects across the UK and Ireland, ensuring safe and timely delivery while fostering career development. You will lead site operations, coordinate teams, and maintain quality and safety standards. Required qualifications include a degree in Construction Management and 3+ years of experience in project management. Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000 is offered.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations in line with the works programme.

  • Oversee health & safety procedures including RAMS and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout project delivery.
  • Liaise with principal contractors and manage site variations.
  • Report site performance to senior management.

We are hiring for our client, a respected specialist contractor within the Built Environment sector, who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their established team based in Toomebridge.
