We are looking for an experienced Project Management Trainer to deliver live, hands‑on training sessions for aspiring and early‑career professionals. The role involves mentoring learners on real‑world project scenarios, industry best practices, and practical tools used by project managers across industries.
This is a contractual, remote engagement, ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching alongside their industry work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Project Management training sessions (3 sessions / week, 1–1.5 hours per session)
- Deliver practical, industry‑aligned training on:
- Project Management fundamentals & frameworks
- Project lifecycle & methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Agile & Scrum practices (Scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts)
- Risk management & issue resolution
- Stakeholder communication & management
- Tools exposure: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp
- Guide learners through real‑world project simulations, case studies, and assignments
- Support learners during doubt‑resolution sessions and interactive discussions
- Assist with resume, portfolio, and career guidance sessions
- Conduct mock interviews / project‑based evaluations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / Delivery roles
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching professionals (preferred)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex project concepts in a simple, practical manner
Nice to Have
- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PMI-ACP or similar certifications
- Experience managing cross‑functional or remote teams
- Exposure to product management or IT delivery projects
- Background in mentoring working professionals or fresh graduates
