A leading skills provider in the UK is looking for a Project Manager to lead Enablement Projects within the Change & Transformation team. Corndel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Change & Transformation team and lead the delivery of Enablement Projects. This role plays a key part in driving improvements to critical processes and business capability across the organisation.
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of process-driven change initiatives, many of which include technical or system dependencies, working closely with internal teams and subject-matter experts to deliver practical and sustainable change.
Current projects include improvements to learner onboarding and the delivery of mandated changes to assessment processes across Corndel’s apprenticeship provision. Further projects are expected to focus on additional areas of process improvement, operational efficiency, and business enablement.
This role is suited to a confident, collaborative Project Manager who is comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, organisation-wide improvements.
