Closing date: 21st November 2025

What is the role?

This is a one-year apprenticeship programme where you will begin your career as a Project Manager. You will work with experienced project managers to gain insight into how projects are delivered across different areas of the business. You will be immersed in the project management lifecycle and will support our project managers with live projects, learning to stay organized, communicate effectively and contribute to the smooth running of projects. You will have the opportunity to take on mini-projects and make a real difference.

You will be part of a friendly team who will guide you every step of the way. One day a week will be dedicated to studying towards a Level 3 qualification, while earning a salary and gaining real-world experience.

What you’ll do
  • You will gain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification for your programme. You’ll spend one day a week studying with a dedicated trainer to support your success.
  • Take part in a year-long structured development programme to build skills and confidence. All apprentices take part with a peer group.
  • Shadow experienced project managers to observe how they manage live projects and learn how different business areas operate.
  • Build confidence in capturing key information by supporting project managers with note-taking during meetings.
  • Develop organisational skills by assisting with administrative tasks such as diary management and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for project tasks.
  • Take ownership of your own mini projects with team support to help you succeed.
