ARM is seeking a Project HSE Manager for a major global EPC company located in Flintshire. In this role, you will oversee the HSE management throughout various project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in HSE activities and hold a NEBOSH diploma. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you'll manage a team and interface with clients on health, safety and environmental issues.
The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Project HSE Manager to join a global EPC company based out of Flintshire.
Job Overview:
As Project HSE Manager you will report to the Saipem Ltd QHSE Manager as well as the Project Director.
You will manage a team of 12 resources which may increase as the project progresses. You will join our ENILiverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project.
Responsibilities:
What are we looking for?
Experience: 3+ years as HSE manager and 10+ years within HSE activities, preferably with IOGP standards
Education: NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
Certification: Preferably Tech IOSH or above as well as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
