You'll manage system and software development for naval bridge and maritime surveillance systems, overseeing project planning, task allocation, and team performance.

  • Supervise engineers and coordinate sub‑contractor activities.
  • Track progress, risks, and resources, maintaining configuration control.
  • Work closely with customers and contribute to process and technology improvements.
Your’ll need:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field; PM qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred.
  • Experience in programme/project management in engineering, software, or system design.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Maritime navigation/bridge systems or UK Defence project experience is advantageous.
