Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CDM regulations, and Principal Designer duties.

Project Engineering Manager

Reports to: Engineering Director & Project Director

Can you lead engineers to deliver cutting-edge renewable energy solutions?
We're seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead technical delivery of BESS, gas peaking and hydrogen projects- from investment decision through design, construction and the successful transition to operations. You'll manage a team of project engineers and drive excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership:
  Oversee design coordination across projects, manage interfaces, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Draft specifications and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Project Engineering:
  Act as senior engineer on complex projects. Lead design meetings, manage deliverables, and resolve technical issues. Ensure accurate and up-to-date drawings and calculations are used across all teams.
• Team Management:
  Guide and support project engineers, ensuring consistent technical output and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in energy generation (e.g. BESS, wind, gas peaking) with strong site experience.
