Project Engineer (Pumping Stations)

Salary: £70,000-80,000, with progression, training, hybrid working, car allowance (salary sacrifice scheme), bonus, and company benefits.

Location: Chelmsford.

Do you have experience working on Pumping Stations projects? This dynamic role offers autonomy to oversee specialist, cutting‑edge projects for a broad client base, including many household names. The firm provides both consultancy and fixed‑price work within the water industry, primarily serving regional service providers. Having doubled turnover over the last 12 months, the company is growing quickly and inviting capable engineers to join its expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Head up multiple projects simultaneously, managing the entire project lifecycle.
• Lead design, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Produce reports, documentation and attend project meetings.

• Mentor and support junior team members.
