Are you a Project Engineer or similar looking to take ownership of the engineering department from design to manufacture, leading projects and managing two design engineers? Do you want to work for a long-standing business that values long-term careers, offering autonomy and direct progression into Lead Engineer? In this role, you will lead two design engineers and manage projects from concept through to production, reporting at Director level. You will ensure designs are practical, compliant, and commercially viable while overseeing documentation, validation, and change management. The Role

• Working on project with end-to-end oversight
• Managing two design engineers
• Ownership of projects from design, manufacture and assembly
• Using SolidWorks, review and approve drawings, CAD designs
• Monday to Thursday (8am - 4:30pm) Friday (8am - 1:30pm)
