The ideal candidate should possess a degree in engineering and have relevant offshore experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, ensuring compliance and safety, and innovating client solutions. This is a permanent role with a commitment to equal opportunities.
Location: Oldmeldrum, Aberdeen. Permanent position.
James Fisher is a global engineering services company that evolved from a ship owner and operator to provide expertise and innovative technology in harsh environments across Energy, Defence and Maritime Transport. Our Energy Division supplies safe and sustainable products and services for oil & gas and renewables.
The function of this role is to manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle of James Fisher’s compressed air delivery packages that support bubble curtain operations globally on both client PSV/AHV vessels and large HLV vessels. You will design and deliver projects technically and operationally in line with the agreed scope of work and our sold model, building strong relationships internally and with customers.
Ideally you will have a degree or HND in an engineering discipline or relevant project experience and/or engineering/field experience. Relevant offshore experience from working on offshore construction vessels, drilling rigs or offshore platforms with similar equipment (Controlled Flow Excavation, Well Testing/Well Test Support, decommissioning and/or well P/A experience) would be desirable. Due to high volume of applications, submitted applications may close before the deadline—please apply early to avoid disappointment.
James Fisher and Sons plc is committed to equal opportunity and diversity; we encourage applications from all backgrounds and, as a Disability Confident employer, we offer interview opportunities to disabled candidates meeting the minimum criteria for the role.
