Are you a technically skilled engineer with project experience looking for a role where you can lead hands-on projects and grow your expertise in a fast-growing specialist engineering business?

On offer is the chance to join a small, close-knit team designing and delivering bespoke, energy-efficient process cooling systems for industries like food, pharma, and packaging. You'll manage projects end-to-end and build skills across design, client support, installation, and commissioning.

In this role, you will plan and coordinate projects from initial enquiry through to completion, carry out engineering calculations, prepare technical drawings, provide client technical support, and oversee on-site installation and commissioning.

This business values direct access to senior engineers and leadership, giving you real responsibility and tailored mentorship. You'll have the chance to shape your role and progress alongside the company's growth.

This role suits someone with a degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering, who is eager to develop technical and project management skills in process cooling systems while working in a supportive, flexible environment.

The Role:

  • Managing projects from enquiry to completion - planning, scheduling, coordinating resources
  • Provide hands-on technical support through installation and commissioning
  • Travel 1-2 days a week to client sites across the UK (expenses paid); hybrid work setup
