• 10+ years of experience in real estate design and construction project delivery.
• Proven leadership of large-scale projects, ideally within the office sector.
• Strong understanding of landlord works, occupier requirements, and technical negotiations.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement routes and standard forms of contract.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously within an active portfolio.
• Confident communication style, especially with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, procurement, and delivery of refurbishment and development projects.
• Manage design teams, consultants, contractors, and advisers.
• Advise on procurement strategy, contract selection, and delivery methodology.
• Manage programmes, budgets, quality, risk, and compliance on projects.
• Provide clear, concise reporting and strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
