Project Director – Director (Quantity Surveyor or Project Management background)

Role and sector

We are looking to appoint a senior level candidate within our Property & Construction team in London. This role will help lead our Data Centre sector offering as such we are looking to speak to candidates with a strong track record within the Data Centre sector, who have worked in Senior roles within other Consulting organisations in a Cost or Project Management Capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow in one of our fastest growing sector offerings. CPC are currently delivering several high profile, high value & complexity projects across the UK, France, Amsterdam, Norway and Frankfurt.

Relevant skills and experience
  • Experience working in at a Project/Associate/Director level within a Consultancy (Essential)
  • Experience working within Data Centre sector (Essential)
  • Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle (Essential)
  • Experience working on international projects (Beneficial)
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying/Project Management, or other Construction related subject
  • Ideally Chartered with an industry recognised body i.e. RICS, APM
