Overview

Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager based in the Midlands sought for career growth and reward for hard work and success. This is a hands-on opportunity to deliver projects, manage clients and potentially progress to Operations Executive over time. Based in Birmingham in the Midlands with a satellite office on the South Coast; travel to meet new clients and manage existing projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and contract performance
• Letting of contracts
• Meet & greet – business development
• Snagging, handover and successful final account
• Drive projects from award to final account while keeping stakeholders engaged
• Ensure client focus and maintain long-term relationships
• Manage projects ranging from £100k to £6 million with attention to risk and on-site team coordination
• Front-end engagement with clients due to exclusive long-term frameworks and market knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

• Able to think on your feet and multi-task
• Confident and client facing
• Experience in handling P&L and letting sub-contracts
• Minimum 5 years delivering on-site
• Strong communication skills (soft and hard)
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel as no day is the same
