Overview

Cadence Technology Services is a nationwide telecommunications firm specializing in voice and data infrastructure, hardware, and provisioning solutions. We're expanding rapidly and seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and grow alongside us. The Project Coordinator will be organized and outgoing, with primary responsibility to collaborate closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to ensure all projects run smoothly. A self-starter mentality is a must. This is an onsite position based in our office located in Town and Country, MO. Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee project development from conception to completion
  • Interfacing with carriers/vendors
  • Scheduling of third parties/vendors
  • Customer communication and updates
  • Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs
  • Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs
  • Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework
  • Document services and installations by keeping accurate records
  • Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation
  • Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
  • Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
  • Provide backup support to our help desk
  • Complete other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table
  • Strong customer service and communication skills- both oral and written
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams including Teams voice and video conferencing
  • Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely
  • Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may constantly change
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Work well in a team environment
  • CompTIA A+ Certified IT Technician, but not required
