Save My Exams is a rapidly growing EdTech business on the lookout for an ambitious Project Coordinator. We are an exciting, customer‑obsessed, remote‑first startup that is improving the lives of millions of students every year.

Reaching more than 4 million users every month, and being bootstrapped and profitable, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and manage our outsourced workflows.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivery/project coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong stakeholder communication skills (clear updates, confident chasing, concise status reporting).
  • Strong operational discipline: tracking, follow‑ups, prioritisation, and clear written comms.
  • Confident user of Monday.com (or similar tools) and Google Drive.
  • Comfortable coordinating across teams and time zones; our core hours are 10am‑4pm UK time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own delivery coordination across all outsourced projects: timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and internal actions.
  • Maintain Monday.com boards as the single source of truth: statuses, due dates, owners, milestones, and updates.
  • Support the team with clear status reporting, including risks, actions, and decisions that impact timelines.
  • Conduct initial desk research to identify and shortlist potential authors/small suppliers: suitability, availability, rates, and notes.
  • Perform rate benchmarking across authors/suppliers to inform expected commissioning costs and support budget planning.
  • Prepare shortlists and comparatives for handoff to the UK Delivery Lead, who will lead outreach, contracting, and ongoing external management.

Process
