Job description

We are a successful, diverse and well-established events and media production company located in the beautiful surroundings of Abney Park, Cheadle. We specialise in the production of global events - live events, congresses and exhibitions - and creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry.

Due to an increase in workloads, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support one of our busiest project teams with the day-to-day aspects of event organisation and delivery.

Requirements

As well as providing full administrative support to the team, you will be involved in client briefing meetings, obtaining costings from third parties, and producing site schedules and other project-related documentation, all while developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Coordination and organisation skills are key to this role, which can be fast-paced with changing priorities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You’ll have a background in a similar project support role within an events company/agency, ideally with some involvement in exhibition delivery. You’ll also have strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience of using various project management software packages.

Benefits

As well as a great benefits package, we offer the opportunity to work from home for part of the week, and when you are in the office you’ll find yourself within half a stately home set in acres of parkland, perfect for a bit of wildlife spotting during a stroll to the local high street for lunch!

Please apply with a CV and covering letter stating approximate salary expectations if you wish to be considered. We look forward to hearing from you!

Candidates will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
