Are you an organised and proactive individual with a knack for keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract and help ensure the smooth delivery of key initiatives.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting project delivery from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and internal teams to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions from scheduling and data management to procurement and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project schedules, spreadsheets, and asset tracking records.
  • Coordinate communication between sites, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely sign-off of documentation, vehicle hire, and compliance with customer requirements and SLAs.
  • Update systems when master data requirements change, including job creation, closure, and inspection templates.
