A design and innovation agency in London is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project timelines, facilitate communication, and ensure budget adherence. The role requires strong organisational skills and previous experience in an agency setting. This is a full-time position, offering an opportunity to contribute actively within a dynamic team.

The project coordinator role ensures effective delivery of projects on time, to budget and profitably. The role also includes working closely with the Client Services and Operations teams to ensure project information is effectively communicated in-order to plan and resource multiple project requirements on a weekly and longer term basis.
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills. It also requires basic commercial understanding, and number proficiency.
The role will be primarily internal facing, with some tasks that will require liaison with external third parties.

This is a full time role (5 days a week, 9.00am – 5.30pm). Package will depend on candidate’s experience.
