Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project coordinator to support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects and internal large‑scale research programmes.

You will work closely with the programme managers and internal teams, helping to ensure that studies run smoothly, participants are engaged effectively, and all logistical and operational processes are delivered to a high standard.

This role is primarily operational and execution‑focused, offering excellent exposure to the practical realities of running complex, real‑world research projects. You will gain hands‑on experience in research operations, digital health and real‑world evidence generation.

  • Support audit‑readiness
Responsibilities
Study Operations and Logistics
  • Maintain inventory of study consumables, kits and devices
  • Coordinate with courier services and generate study shipments
  • Track deliveries, returns and failures, or study kits and devices, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments and stock levels
Participant Engagement And Survey Operations
  • Participate in engagement and survey testing, reviewing content and functionality
  • Ensure correct versions of engagements are implemented and live, enforcing version control
  • Monitor engagement activity and survey completion rates
  • Support patient engagements
Platform Configuration And Data Quality
  • Support the setup and maintenance of study workflows within the platform
  • Validate study configurations and survey logic
  • Identify and escalation anomalies or system issues
Documentation, Tracking And Reporting
  • Update operational trackers following action
  • Prepare recruitment summaries
  • Support audit‑readiness
Cross‑team coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams to support the smooth delivery of activities
Essential
