Job description
Overview

At Babcock, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. If you join us, you can play your part as a Project Assistant at Bristol, near Bath, Somerset. Day-to-day, you'll support the Project Controls Manager in maintaining programme artefacts, delivering timely performance reports, assisting bid workshops, and engaging with stakeholders including MoD and partners to drive effective governance and project success.

Responsibilities
  • Representing the interests of the Project Controls Manager in line with agreed delegations and objectives.
  • Supporting the administration of project artefacts including communications plans, stakeholder plans, and schedule updates.
  • Assisting with timely reporting on performance metrics and programme milestones.
  • Supporting Bid teams during workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Engaging daily with a wide range of stakeholders, including MoD counterparts and contracted support.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Security clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
