A veterans housing charity based in London is seeking an experienced Project Assistant for their Housing Operations Team. The successful candidate will assist in procuring, managing, and delivering major works, planned improvement programmes, and cyclical maintenance. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with strong experience in contract management. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for work from home and the office.

We are looking for an experienced Project Assistant for our Housing Operations Team, to assist in procuring, managing and delivering the Trust’s major works, planned and improvement programmes and cyclical maintenance. The successful applicant will have a hybrid approach, working from home and from our Head Office in Victoria.
You will be customer focused; a good communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and strong experience in contract management and administration. Knowledge and experience in building safety and all aspects of H&S is desirable.
