Overview

A fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in Gwent seeking a Project Architect to join and help lead their Education Sector. This established Gwent based firm is searching for a Project Architect who is highly Revit proficient and has the ability to run projects and manage project teams within the education sector, delivering schemes across early years, secondary schools, further and higher education.

The practice is renowned for its work across the education sector. This role offers the opportunity to develop and shape the team, working closely with the Education lead. The position has scope to be based out of either their office in Newport or Bristol.

Responsibilities
  • Run projects and manage project teams within the education sector.
  • Collaborate with the Education lead to develop and shape project delivery across early years, secondary schools, and further/higher education.
  • Work across all RIBA stages with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect
  • 4+ years minimum post-qualification UK experience
  • ARB registered (Desirable)
  • Full Proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio
  • Experience working in the Education Sectors (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods with knowledge of Education law and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage teams and projects
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a wider team
  • Demonstrated experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Skilled in both Design and Technical areas of Architecture
