Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting, job costing, or purchase ledger within construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 (or similar SME accounting systems).
• Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project purchase ledger, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and query resolution.
• Processing contractor and supplier payments in line with agreed terms.
• Allocating labour, materials, and overhead costs to individual projects.
