Progress Coach

Halesowen College wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and supportive person who can be responsible for student mentoring, monitoring and intervention as part of a team of Progress Coaches, supporting students' induction, performance, progress and progression, and liaising with A-level managers to design and deliver a tutorial programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a caseload of students via tutorial groups and one-to-one sessions.
  • Track and monitor student attendance, academic progress and general wellbeing.
  • Set high standards for behaviour and engagement.
  • Assist with enrichment, work experience, university applications and life after college preparation.

  • Graduate level education or equivalent experience in education, student support or related field.

Salary: £27,236 – £27,753 per annum for full-time term-only (pro‑rata £12,581 – £12,819 per annum).
