Overview

Salary Range

27,861 – 35,035*

Responsibilities
  • Provide core psychosocial interventions relevant to drug and alcohol recovery including 1:1 key work pod / group based work harm minimisation and brief interventions
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments risk management and planning using whole person and trauma-informed approaches
  • Work in collaboration with prescribing and clinical colleagues to support the delivery of specialist interventions
  • Support with onward referral to a range of treatment and community support agencies
About you
  • Experience of working with groups / pods and managing group dynamics such as conflict and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to identify the needs of groups
  • Knowledge of CBT REBT Drug and Alcohol recovery work
  • Experience of Motivational Interviewing and Psychosocial Interventions
  • Experience of how to work with challenges associated with substance and alcohol use e.g. cravings and triggers.
