An insurance company is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead multiple projects within the Reinsurance division. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement, requiring extensive experience in business-led change and leadership skills. You will work collaboratively in a flexible environment, making a significant impact on project outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects within our Reinsurance (EO) division. This role are central to ensuring that all projects within the programme align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Technology Delivery Teams, Change & Excellence Managers, external consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, effective resource use, and timely delivery. You’ll also manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.
