A leading architectural membership organization is seeking a proactive professional to manage and develop their learning and development programmes. This role involves planning, delivering, and continuously improving live and in-person learning events. With a focus on operational excellence, you will oversee product development while managing budgets, ensuring high-quality learner experiences, and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must have strong organisational skills and a track record in event management.

Salary: c£40,000 per annum
Location: Liverpool/Hybrid
Hours: 35 hours per week, full time, permanent contract
We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to manage and develop RIBA’s professional learning and development programmes. This role covers planning, delivering, and improving live and in‑person learning events. You will oversee product development, manage budgets and contracts, track performance, and ensure high‑quality learner experiences. The role also involves reporting on programme impact, learner satisfaction, and building strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and external partners.
