As a Programme Manager, you’ll provide leadership, strategic oversight, and operational discipline to deliver complex rail frameworks and projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. This is a senior leadership role where your decisions will directly protect revenue, enhance margins, and strengthen Babcock’s reputation as a trusted delivery partner. This role is full time working 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. Occasional travel to other Babcock and customer sites may be required
Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management) with chartered status and/or degree-level education.
