About the role As Programme Leader in Construction, you will shape the future of our construction curriculum and inspire the next generation of industry professionals. This leadership position involves overseeing programme delivery, ensuring high‑quality teaching and learning, and driving innovation across the curriculum area. You will lead on curriculum development, quality assurance and course management, ensuring compliance with awarding‑body requirements and alignment with industry standards. The role also includes mentoring and supporting Course Managers, building strong links with employers and stakeholders, and contributing to departmental growth through recruitment and engagement activities.
